BTW it cant be JL or any other played out brand, my whole system is gonna be zapco/eD/whatever speakers i get, the only big name brand is the eclipse deck.

The Rainbows are nice, dunno if you'll be able to find them for under $500 too easily though. I installed some in a friend's car, they sounded awesome...then we switched to a pieced together component set and it sounded even better...not to mention it cost less. So the lesson to this story is: do research and build your own component set.

Also, what would you choose out of these subs: Brahma, RE XXX, or wait for the eD Av2....or any other recommendations? (Mainly lookin for SQ, 2 12's probably) Im leaning towards waiting for the Av2's just to have something nobody else has, at least for a little while.

just get some KFC-XR61P1 man i installed them in a mustage with 4 12"s and 4-6 1/2 man thay are so fucking clear and no loss in sound at high volum thay are sweet mids

We ended up with Rainbow Pro silk tweeters, Seas Lotus Reference 6.5" mids, and I believe Rainbow Pro x-overs. If you hop onto a car audio board though and talk to some guys heavily into SQ, they'll be able to point in other directions as well....there's alot of bad ass tweeters, mids, and x overs out there that you can piece together and have sounding really awesome...you gotta do some research and know what you're doing though.

I'd say wait for the ed sub...or something like an IDMax would be pretty cool.
