S-dime (4-banger)

Could someone please tell me how to make my 98' S-10 faster. I got the freakin 4banger in it and I really hate tryin to go up 75. Once I got tried by a FORD TEMPO.... I ate his fckn dust!!!

I know of a 4.3l motor, tranny, ecu, and complete wiring harness for sale for $700. Its alot better than the 2.2.

If he is going to do a swap he might as well step up to a V8. You can find Ls1s and 5.3 truck motors for a decent price at junkyards now.

yes, but you wont find a complete v8 swap with everything needed to run for $700

Never gonna happen, But I'm the guy with the full 4.3 for sale with 78k miles on it:D , 2.2's are a waste. The most I would as with any car/truck is a intake and exhaust, no so much for power as for makeing it breathe better/run better.

i was thinking about the vortec truck v8, apparently it bolts up with much stock bracketry aside fomr motor mounts.. but then i relized what i was thinking and itdbe easier to buy another car

Not really- I had a LT1 was getting 14 mpg- I get about 21mpg with third of the power
