i have a 88 and i need to know where to get an intercooler i have one but i dont know if it fits the car. i talked to toyota dealership and they show a different part number for a 87 and 88 let me know which one i need pictures help

have a picture of your intercooler? why do you need one? All of them are the same.

actually the 87 intercooler's and all the piping are different from the 88's and up. the 87 intercooler and piping has alot more 90 degree bends then the smother 88's so all you need is a 88-91 intercooler and your set. my ma70 was actually an early 87 built in 86 and alot of stuff was different form the 88's and up.

Piping could be different, but I thought the intercooler is the same.

no, the inlet and outlets are a little smother on the 88 and up intercoolers.
