I've seen some nice ones on there. They all want like 3k+ for them. Theres one there for 3500 with 4agze swap and looks pretty clean, thats in washington state though....If you really want it you would have it transported here.

No offense but the sentimental value your talking about means absolutely nada in the car market.

there is a motor in the car and it does run, it just needs a crank pully, alternator and belt and a starter to be road worthy. i have a crank pully but no starter or alternator. easy to get though.

When you find an AE86, what is going to happen to the Turbo II you have? does your Turbo II have the 16" TII wheels in need two of them, if you plan on selling the TII.

well my cars not a HB but its mostly stock and awaits someones love and attention. i even have a w58 tranny to go with the car, all you need is a 4ag to w58 bellhousing.

Jeez! Why do haichi and Cressida people opt for the W58?! It cant handle much farther than 250HP I believe...if you are getting a Supra tranny, opt for the R154! Best tranny ever short of the V160 and TH400!

ok, why would you want to use the heavy ass r154 in a care that will prolly not make more than 250hp????????? i mean come on. we're not talking about supra's here. do you know anything about the t50? the w58 is a hell of alot stronger than the t50 the corolla came with. and its not a tank compared to the r154. its all in what car u have and what u want to do with it. a corolla will never need any more tranny than a w58. the strength of the r154 doesn't off set the weight penalty in putting it in a car that only weighs 2200lbs. besides, for the amount you spend on replacing weak r154's you could build a lighter stronger w58 and be done. stock for stock the r154 is stronger, but in a corolla or celica i would stick with the w58, you can always find 2 or 3 in a junk yard cheap as fuck.

Okay, sorry about forgeting the HP and weight range of these cars  W58 is good till 250, but I'm used to numbers far greater than that.

Weak R154s? wtf where?
