tonights kills, at bradenton!

first race was a vw 1.8t, he had intake and a chip, put about a bus lenght on him, he was running real shitty times...

next was a 2003 gt mustang with a full exhaust set-up w/headers x pipe, got him hard out of the hole and kept about a car and a half on him the whole way down, that was the run which i got a 13.8 he ran a 14 flat

next was a 03 350z, stock with some heavy ass rims, got a couple of cars on him the first run, second run i missed 2 and i still got a half car on him, then the last race with him i got a few cars on him! that was his first time at the track, and he didnt do to bad......

next was a 03 sentra spec v, with header and intake, i put a whole bus lenght on him, he actually got his best time running me which was a 15.1 if i rember right!

also race a crx, had no idead what type of mods, all i know that he was pretty damn slow, put alot of cars on him!


but i did get raped real bad once, it was this fully built miata with roll cage, slicks, it was a tralor queen that tore up the track, it ran a 11.12, that bitch was clean and very fast!


my new set-up, of rims and tires did me very well, on my stockers i could only get a 2.5 60, and with the new ones i did 2.0 1.9's all night, the only thing that pissed me off was the wheel hop i got out there till i let some pressure out of the tires.....

yea i was with my friend in his 01 blue s4 and we got next to this 350z we werent even sure if he was going until we saw him shift so then my friend hit it and we walked easily btw only mod for the s4 was chip.....good times though silverstonez.

and another funny thing is that the VQ35 is considered one of the best motors.... i think it was "wards", but i rember reading it was like in thetop 10 of the best motors....

and being the best doesnt mean fastest......

I know, it has won a bunch of awards. It is in alot of cars that nissan has. Maxima, Altima, Quest, Exterra, G-35 Coupe and Sedan, Z...

i just want to get some decent power out of this engine, we will see what the future brings.....

i dont know if i want to build the engine up, get spray, supercharge it....

kinda wanna stay away from turbo, just because i know of alot of unlucky people that have already spent 10 g's on a turbo kit, for it to blow the engine a few months later....

I would use alittle nitrous like a 75 shot wet Zex system. The VQ engine responds well to nitrous.

thats what i have herd..... i know of a couple that have ran a 150 shot for over a year and is still running storng...

personally i wouldnt go over 100....

There really is no way to pull timing out unless you get into the ECU with the ob2 scan tool but who is to say how long it will stay that way untill the ECU resets it self. 75 shot with some colder plugs and you are good to go. It works real well on the VQ engine.

he didnt run no 13.7,he never would run my CIVIC...who knows why,but i raced the 240sx with the sr20 that he raced,and from a stop i won by a car.silverstone's moms z only beat him by a car from a dig as well.but i highly doubt your moms ebay intake is breaking her into a high 13 .all your moms speakers over the rear end aint gonna help her either.
