Don't think the word is out yet, but I just heard from a friend that talked to Todd today. Seems they worked out a deal with the county to lease the property for 2 more years and theres a chance to renew the lease for ANOTHER 2 years after that.

Guess the county has plans for the land but work isn't going to start on it for well into the future.

Yea, The county had the money to buy the property but they dont think they will have the money for the actual construction for another 2 to 4 years.
