C5 Question

I saw DaTurths C5 this weekend. THat thing was awesome. I called my insurance company and asked how much it would raise. It wasnt going to raise my insurance at all. I cant spend more than 23k what year should i be looking at. I want the targa top.
Also i want to be at the low 12's mark.
I was thinking
Full exhaust headers back
KN ait intake
75-125 Shot
ls6 intake
And DR's
do you think this would get me there?

Really wont need a 75 shot to do low 12s, bolts on and traction will you get that. Depending on the year, it also have a ls6 intake already.

prices with the c5's are all over the place and with the c6 coming out in fall the prices should see a little more of a drop, but you will see a bigger drop on the newer as opposed to the older. I am on the waiting list for a c6 and am considering selling my c5. it is an '02 and i will dump it for around 20k for quick sell most likely. have everything stock that was changed included.

yeh a 125 shot will put that car at te 500hp mark.. I/H/E will put that thing into low twelves assuming u have good traction...
