My car for sale

Well i know im crazy and i just said to a lot of people i am not selling my car BUT

my car is for sale

i am going to leave the headers/exhaust, built tranny/converter

everything else is going back to stock
(wheels will be replaced and the stock ls1 intake will be put back on and the nitrous is coming off)

so with all of that said, here is what will be left of the car :lol:

silver ext/ grey leather int
stock wheels
Mac headers
true duels with flomaster mufflers
built 4l60e
TCI 3200 Stall

yep, i went and test drove a bone stock 6 speed today hahahhaha what a difference to a modded one. or just mine on spray. it felt sooo slow. but ofcourse most of my mods will be put on whatever car i buy

Shalane, I would consider doing the swap. I'm sure the labor will be cheap ;) Parts aren't too expensive, and you are familiar with the car. My friend drives his swapped car every day (its his only car) and in the 2 years since we did it, have not had a SINGLE issue with any of the swapped parts. At the time we did the swap, we did it in his yard on jackstands, with nothing even covering the car, somehow I think Sam and his crew can manage to pull off the swap successfully.

i know i could do the swap, but trust me, there are many other things that play into this that are making me sell the car. well not MAKING ME but its helping me sell it. it has nothing to do with the car though or the swap

I guess its a personal decision, I just can't imagine what could possibly be saved by going through the hassle of selling your car (in a crappy market for gas guzzling V8's) and buying pretty much the same thing but with a 6 speed. You won't have any idea how that car was treated, what maintenence was done, if it was abused or wrecked, all the stuff you already KNOW with your car. I'm assuming an auto is worth $1k less than a 6 speed, which is within a few hundred dollars of the cost of the swap. :dunno:
