87 cadillac coupe deville / replacement seats
I'm looking to replace my busted ass cadillac seats with some used ones of ebay or a junkyard. I was wondering if anyone knew which year seats would fit. They are power seats with control on the door. I noticed 1994 deville seats are heat w/ lumbar on the seat and are have the control to adjust them on the door as well. The controls on the door look the same except for styling issues on the door. Will these seats fit in an 87 coupe deville? If not is there an adapter rail for the seats so it will fit?

You can make anything fit with money. Im sure you can get the seats to bolt down. But you will need some one good at wiring to wire it all up since it wont be plugging back into a factory harness.
And personally get rid of the damn car unless its a 3.8

Thanks for the info, I don't see wiring being a problem seeing as I could probably find a diagram for both models and splice the wires in. As far as getting a new car thats most definately not an option cuz I'm a broke bastard. I figured if I was gonna be stuck with this one I might as well make it something confortable. I've seen a full set of seats for 200-300 on ebay and thats really the only thing wrong with the car, so I figure shit why not.
