I plan on doing the swap myself and was just wondering how much it would cost to do a auto to manual switch on a 91+ 240 and where i can get parts for it? im only 15 so i dont have a whole lot of money.

The easiest place to get parts is Cophers U Pull It. That's where I got some of mine. Plan on getting all of the clutch master, slave, and hose new. Those parts wear out, and they don't cost much at Advance Auto. It can get pricey if depending on how many new parts you get. If you actually found a complete setup at Cophers, it would probably cost you around $150. If you went with new hydrolics, new clutch, etc., you're probably closer to $350-$400.
BTW, the auto tranny is heavy (100+lbs?). I hope you're a big 15 year old!
