On the way back from miami, on 75 around naples ft meyers area and charles and germ just broke my ac, so far only 2 stops, one to change out rob's tires and one to fill up taylors truck, I am only posting this out of sheer boredom on a way too long drive

yea honestly for how long it took and how many random stops on the side of the road we had, I think it was the most fun I have had, and I think the video from the ride home with show it

Hahaha,

I saw an Army dude doin the army crawl across the road one night at like 3am, turned out it was a garbage bag blowing across road......
Behind a corvette that same night I thought it was 2 cars way off in distance cause of the quad lights....

Sleep IS GOOD!!

I feel for you Tampa guys comin' down this way, but Homestead is a freakin good hike for me too.

See you all at the makeup event, possibly with a turbo Bimmer :)

-Sean

PS I really really hate that fireball in the sky.

I guess this is the 'crazy sleep deprived hallucination thread' now....my favorite is when I was driving back from gainesville one night and thought a huge bear was about to attack my car on one of Orlando's toll roads....it ended up just being a large bush.

Another time in Ft. Lauderdale, after being up for like 34 hours I thought I saw a car heading straight for me on a divided highway....turned out to be a car headed straight for me on a divided highway, I had to defer to the passengers to make sure my judgement was correct though.

Then on the way home from that same trip I almost ran off the road trying to avoid what I thought was another car headed straight for me, close to hitting me...that was just an optical illusion created by a two cars in their proper lane at a distance.

this isnt half asleep hallucination, but on the way back from drift showoff on i75 about 100 meters ahead of me a big ass shovel flew off the back of a work truck and was coming straight at my fucking windsheild, i had to swerve hardcore to the left (was in right lane) almost lost it, dropped a wheel in the grass on the right side and managed not to end up in the trees, funk-style.

shit was scarey. i caught up to the fucker got his truck number and the business phone number.

but i never called.

oh well. shit was still crazy

that would've made for an interesting incident report and insurance claim: "hit boat driving on I-75"
