A friend of mine got a Kicker amp pushing 2 10". it was working fine and then all of the sudden the subs started rattling even if the volume is turned down. i checked all the wiring and its fine. what do you guys think that might be and is there a place around where he can fix the amp if it was blown?

Doesn't sound like amp.. sounds like subs. Take them to speaker exchange, they'll recone.

Sounds like your problem is with the subs. Test them on another amp and that should show you exactly where your problem is.
