Why do you say that? I searched on caraudio.com to see if i could come up with anything and the suggestion for running an idq was kicker. A bunch of people replied after that with how good they thought their kicker amps were.

If its going to sound bad I wont bid on the amp but if not I've already put the money into my paypal account and im ready to bid. Do you have any other suggestions?

yes it should do a good job, kicker didnt get a name as big as kicker by making shitty products

Yeah I think that amp will do just fine. I was powering it with about 300 watts and it sounded great. In fact I'll make you a package deal with the amp,I was using, if you want ;)
