i was down BB downs going to my house when i saw a blue type s my car is pretty stock.He said he had intake and headers but i wanted to see if i could keep up.He was ahead of me then i caught up than we started up 0 we were both even on first and second then a car got in my way had to slow down we were on 3rd and finally had a straight floored it and took him and i wanted to buy a type s.............hahahaha :lol:

and new si's are slow as balls and couldn't hold a candle to a new type s. Your either full of shit, it wasn't a type s, or you have more than a couple things done .. you choose which once fits your situation best.

Same driver-stock vs. stock: Type S>Base, Type S>'99-'00Si, Base vs. '99-'00 Si Pretty close. Si: 160hp and (about)113tq and weighs (about 2560), Base RSX: 160hp and 141 tq @4000rpm and weighs (about)2649 lbs. that's just a lil' bit more than a '99-'00 Si.

If you beat him, he wasn't a good driver, something was wrong with the car, it was a base, etc.

A friend of mine took his rsx to 1320 and ran 14.9@94mph .. I mean that's slow and all, but lightyears ahead of an si.
