Dont know anything in Tampa but Auto Audio here in Palm Harbor does
Whats wrong with it? Do you have any idea?
What model/how old is it? If it isnt extremely nice or pretty new, you might just be better off getting a new one off ebay. Or if you think its a manufacturers defect, and its within 12 months of purchase, you can try pulling it out and sending it to whatever company it is. If they assess it as a defect, all you should have to pay for is shipping, but i dunno for sure that depends on the company.
its a sony xplode.. the face doesn't want to light up or anything.. but it works fine.

It seems to be the sensor that's connected from the face to the radio, its not removable. When I played with the sensor it use to work, but now it just doesn't work anymore. Sometimes it shuts off and seems to reset itself. It cant be a bad connection because it use to shut off in my other car as well.
