It's my opinion that this is just a rumor, although I've heard it is true from credible sources. I started hearing this rumor 3 years ago, and everytime someone says something about it they always say it's a couple years off.

due to high operating expenses. This is funny, because the
NHRA is talking about changing all events over to 1/8 mile,
to slow down the cars for safety reasons, and lower operating
expenses. I don't see it happening, but you never know!

No Shit, It's getting even worse! I warned everyone two weeks

the powder coating job on the wheels. He owns Pasco Paint and
Body, this is the guy I was telling you about, his guys are the ones who have done all the paint work on my truck. He was just telling me about a new epoxy primer and additive that he is using.
Since it is a two step process that includes paint, he has more
flexibility with color. He says this stuff is tuff! It supposabley
bonds better than powder coat and is equally as tuff. I'll drop
you a line and tell you more.
