I wish I had 1000 just to add on to what i have now. Maybe bigger amp and step up to some 15's. 1000 really doesnt buy a whole lot. If you think about it wires, headunit, high speakers, amp for high speakers, dyna mat, subs, subs amp, box, carpet, glass, bla bla bla list goes on
