you need a fiberglass panel that shape?

you have the frame made? out of?

you cna take chicken wire and mold it to that shape, then cover the chicken wire in masking tape, blue painters tape works well, spray some pam cooking spray on the tape and lay the glass on the tape. I dont know what kind of strength its going to need or anyhting...

you can, but t shirts/feelce leave much to be deisred for strength, and he would still have to use chickenwire or something, since dleece and t shirts normally droop in the middle when you strectch them over a gap like that

I've always used the method of resin soaked fleece over a skeleton, and then depening on the strength you desire, applying fiberglass matting over the dried fleece, followed by bondoing the imperfections, followed by an ass-load of sanding and re-bondoing.

i do the fleece method on much of my stuff, but for a large curved shape like steve is saying, the fleece wont work as well as the chcikenwire..the fleece will bow in the middle.
