View Full Version : If You Ask About Where All The Street Races Are Going Down

Repeat after me, asking questions about street locations will get your post deleted, period !
Do it again you go to timeout.
Tampa Racing does not support street racing nor posting locations of places where these things take place.
And while we do have some members that do street race on a normal basis, that is up to them and they damn sure are not going to post any locations on here.
If you are with some form of law enforcement and posting these questions get a life because you are not going to see a damn thing on TR !
Want to race go to one of the many local tracks, end of story.
Thanks and have a super day.

Oh yeah they do, all of the different Bay area law enforcement departments watch TR. Best this is we do not support street racing and try to promote going to the track via or eight private TRack Events that we have had.
If people want to street race that is their deal.

Though I might get banned for this(hopefully not:D), but has TR ever tried to coordinate a event with TPD or other local lawenforcement officals to promote both sides of each respectives arguements...ie, TR promotes Track events, Drifting events, Cars for Cancer etc....TPS, HCSO does the usual talks about how street racing is illegal, some cars are too loud, illegal speeding, etc..?
Just curious...I could see TPD at a Track Day with some of their TPD'd out Camaro's and their Porsce 911, Cal Hendersons Undercover Benz racing it up againt TR's finest...getting together as a whole, handing out pamplets and stuff about illegal racing, speeding etc...everyone would be happy.
Though I know TR and its members are already happy with the amount of events efforts its staff and members put forth to support our community:D

Nope nope and nope.
We have tried on a few different levels to get some support from our efforts and all we get in return is TPD running speed traps in front of our car shows.
Hell I had lunch with a few HCSO oficers asking what we could do together jointly and I am still waiting on teir response from a year ago.
And I am usually the first one to come to the rescue of the police bashing threads but as of late it is getting harder and harder to understand SOME (not all) of their thought process.

They only care enough about street racing to enforce the laws against it. You expect cops to not only offer a solution, but participate in it? Don't see it. Appreciate you optimism however
