Puttin a system in the gf's del sol, need some suggestions..

Well im gonna put a system tht i have layin around in my closet in my gf's car. Its a 4 channel 500 watt old ass alpine amp and 2 bazooka el1004 10" subs. Its going in a 95 del sol. Anyone familiar to del sols? If so should I put the box in the trunk or behind the seats? Thanks guys i play on building the box so i wonder if it had to b hatched or not

hahah, its a christmas/valentines gift since i never got nething for her xmas and jus wanna do somethin nice valentines. But as for the trunk vs. inside the car, the trunk is like seperate from the car, but ive seen sites online wit the system in the trunk i jus dont see how the bass would get inside the car nicely. Maybe i should jus build a hatch box to put behind the seats???

What kind of seperation is between the cabin and the trunk? Is it sheet metal or just some flimsy cardboard?

Unless you're gonna cut that piece of sheet metal(not sure if your girl would be crazy about that) I would just build a box to go behind the seats.

ahh she doesnt want a lotta bass. She listens to country and britney spears. Im just puttin in 1 10 and a amp. I alread got all the plans. I just got done carpeting her box. and its mid night lol ill take pics tomarrow of how much i get done. Should get about 90% done tomarrow since im not odin much

yeah i call it that too. Even tho i have no room to talk, i drive an explorer. The only thing i like about her car is it gets like 30 mpg, but arent all hondas like the civic and accord? Although ricers like to make em street racers !!

i had a del slow...... i had a lotta setups..... and i had 2 eclipse aluminum 12's in the trunk pushed by a orion 900 watt amp. and later had a square 10 inbetween the seats in the car, and the 10 was louder than the 2 12's.......
