ok, so I get sick of my systems about every 8 months, so I decided to ditch the 15W1's. Heres the plan:

I found a sick ass box design for a 2k2 maxima for 3 8's. Im gonna build it and put it in my maxima but make it a lil bigger and put 2 10's instead. The subs are gonna be forward facing with the amp rack/cap to be seen when u open the trunk. The current plan gives me about 1.7 cu ft of airspace (sealed). After hearing Jesses E12a, I was even thinking about going with 2 E10a's since theyre really good in small spaces.

So even though this wont happen for a few months (i still have the h/u and speakers so i dont hafta drive around with no music), I still would like some input on if this is a good sub choice, and what amp I should get to power em.

Thanks a lot everyone

-Kevin

I think both of those setups will be great.. and will open up a lot of creativity for an amp rack.. by the time you get aroudn to this, ed might get thier amps out..

He said he needs something for a small space. Doubt he could fit a big enough box for 2 sealed L7's let alone ported.

very true most ported boxes are gigantic. ED subs still sound great in sealed enclosures, good luck post pics when done.

thru a trunk/rear deck/ rear seat, the only differance is output.. which most of which is muffled..
