Ok, my name is George and i got an idea and need some opinions to see if other people think this would be a good idea.
So there is such a thing as Synchronized Swimming, yes? Of course! Well then why the hell isn't there a Synchronized Driving? Seriously, if people love to watch swimmers do simple stuff in harmony with each other...then i dont see why people wouldn't want to watch drivers do absolutely crazy things that most drivers can't do (360's, 180's...you get the point) in harmony with each other. There are two ways it could be viewed by the audience:
1 - On the TV where a helicopter (or cam from the sky) records/plays-live the whole time...or
2 - In a pit where the audience is well above ground and can watch first hand what goes on.
I've done some askin' around about why people watch synchronized swimming, some people say that because the girls can be hot and sometimes the bathing suits come off (come on now, how often does that happen. and there are guy swimming teams too, so it cant just be the girl factor). A plus to watching the driving (if your not really interested in it anyway) is that accidents do happen and an occasional crash would happen, does in nascar so its possible.
Plus, picture watching a team of 10+ drivers in a huge circle driving towards the middle then all at the same time doing a 180degreee turn and from there the possibilities are endless.
I've been thinking of this for a while, and it would take practice, but i know there are drivers in the Pinellas/Hilsborough area that can DRIVE! Let me know your opinions on this and lets see what we can do on gettin this off the ground.
