Time to spill yer brains

Ok, so if I park the car overnight in the garage, when I wake in the morning, I can smell fuel vapors.

long story short, I installed a Return line. The return is tapped on the plastic cover of the tank ( next to the stock filter/regulator)
There are 2 o-rings on the bulkhead where the tap is. I replaced the tanks' rubber seal also.

I still smell it :o :o Doesnt leak any fuel form 50-70PSI at all. Tossing the car violent around with half tank yields no leak.

Any thoughts?

was it after installing the return line you noticed fuel vapors? if you had the gas tank down maybe the vent line/tube got disconnected, is the smell under hood or inside the car?

it was indeed after. I checked all the evap lines, even zip tied the ones that werent clamped. The smell is in the tank area, under the car.
