Need a bit of help on my subs

Well I was looking today and found out that Alpine Type E's and Type S's are the same price so i was thinking to myself, should I trade my e's for s's? Now your thinking...Why not? The S is a better sub and if u can jus trade it why not? Well the thing is going into circuit city, say my e's are blown, claim the warrenty i bought, special order the s's and having to wait a few weeks for them to get in. Im going to be using the same box and amp, jus diff subs. So do you guys think its worth it or forget it? Here are the specs on the subs if u guys could make better decisions by lookin at the specs maybe???
