hey i was wondering if a stock KA-ed s14 would be able to pull off some of that cool shit? i always believed that the s14 was too heavy and the ka would not be able to produce enough power to push itself around the apex of the drift. what u think?

i never said that i was gonna try, but if ur gonna be a dick about... i was askin cuz the no ants drift team uses all s13's. no s14, maybe they thought the same way that i did. and even captin chode chomper (funk stuffs) has a s13 so i figured why the hell not.

rob used to have a s14 (garage battle)

and dont be offended i called u fag, i call every1 fag.. its like my version of dude. but u can do basic slide with stock car, but u need at least tires and springs to learn decently

I seem to remember crazy Bill whippin around a fully stock S14 and holdin fine with rob and his SR car at a certain night where we encountered "the man"

the s14 didnt have any issues with powering itself out of the turns? i kno it is a very heavy car. but then again i figure that if u get goin fast enough in a s14 and just throw the car into a weight transfered drift (not using the hand brake) it could slide aoround, but i would still figure that the s14 is alotta car to move around. "crazy bill had a totally stock suspension? im not sure if it is just my car or not, but ive notice that the s14 sits a lil higher than the s13's (maybe it is just me).

no the s14 was following the same line as GB's silvia.... no problems powering out of corners...

On a small parking lot 2nd gear drifting a S14 will do just fine

dont rely on power first of all. use momentum, and if all else fails, clutch kick like bruce lee

but ur clutch will hate u forever for it, get a better clutch too ;)

dude the s14 actually has more front grip than the s13. and it has a little bit better weight transfer also.
its one gen newer, and its very apparent.

i just dont like the s14s because they are heavier and too large for my likings (not necessarily size but feel)

you can drift one bone stock, but a diff helps TONS.

Learn to take a joke finch... sheesh..

This guys car when I saw it at GIR was a mirror copy of my gold S13.. Totally stock + HTR200's and he did several impressive drifts on the super sticky pavement with an open diff between the cones... Although not to brag or anything but my best time of the way was 2 secs faster than yours neuvoish :-P

Thanks for the props...as for the 2 seconds, well, you have no proof! :)
You should've made the drive over to gir last weekend, the course was pretty fun, but rather conducive to cone killing...it stopped raining just before the stock class run group, so we dried off the track for everybody.

maybe.. I'm actually not currently running as much as a I had planned, the toll of keeping 2 people alive and eating is becoming extremely taxing and I dont have 40 dollars to run at the shitty valencia course..

I wish I still lived in fort myers.. $10 buckingham course + free all you can eat BBQ lunch was the best event in the whole world...

Neurovish aka: John is damn good .

He has a diff now too . I saw a nice little switchback slide form you at GIR last weekend . The hard right into sweeping left was full lock . Looked damn good .

Some people can drift but choose not to make it a public event . To each his own .

Awesome, I hope my friend videotaping got some footage....I can never really tell if something came out good or not while driving....the drifts I like the most are rainy day stealth drifts while just driving around that most people probably wouldn't notice.

What did you think of the autox, was that the first one you've driven at GIR?
