1989 Honda Civic hb suspension

What kind of suspension would you all suggest. I am already plannin to replace the bushing in the car with polyurethane bushings but for shocks and springs what would you guys suggest. Thanks.

You'll have to figure out what class you want to run the car in if you run with SCCA or Martin.
