Was looking down the list and was wondering are there any other ladies running? :dunno: Or was the list already full?
Just curious, you see so many at the track that think its a damn fashion show struttin there stuff, get your car out there!
Don't be scared
For those that are actually running, see you there.

Yep I do and the list is full, sorry.
You can try to get a spot at the gate but no promises.

Scott, she's already on the list, I just checked it and only saw one other female, that's what she was talking about, all the posting, but when it's time to bring out the cars, nothing. As far as the comment on strutting their stuff, I made the mistake of going to 1320 and felt like I was on location at the filming of Fast and Furious, all these girls strutting around that didn't even look old enough to drive  I got lucky and found a girl that not only likes cars, but gets in there and participates. I thought for sure, as did she, that there would be more girls participating, so I guess she's probably dissappointed.

I knew there had to be others running, just haven't met any of them. What does she have?
I've been running mine for years, but this will be the first TR event. I'm looking forward to it.

I have a Subaru 2.5 RS. Not fast by any means. But I always have fun. Normally there are only 2-3 girls driving their cars if even that. Then some that make a few passes in their boyfriend's cars. Sadly, there will be plenty of girls just walking around in an outfit not appropriate for the track. Look forward to meeting you there.

Hey Chance, I am in no way trying to sound sexist, or in any way offend anyone (sometimes you've got to use disclaimers on here;) ) but if you're girl doesn't have any experience behind the wheel (I haven't heard you talk of any anyway) that might not be a good idea. I remember being at sunshine one night and a guy let his girl make a pass in his stock fox body automatic mustang. When it started spinning the tires off the line (I know, it must have had really bad tires  ) she stayed in it, went up in smoke, and drove it head on into the barrier!! This goes for anyone, guys or girls, I know you should be laying down some good power, so don't let just anybody jump in there;)

Sure.
I have to agree w/ Bill though. If she has never run before (or anyone for that matter) make sure she is used to your car, and knows what to do if something goes wrong. If she hasn't, why don't you let her ride w/ you and you can talk her through your pass, then ride w/ her a few times.
Has she ever made a pass in any car?
I know I was nervous the first time I did. See you guys there.

Mines runs o.k for whats done to it. But by no means fast though compared to all the other cars out there.
I have always run Sunshine and only run Desoto once. The best it did in the 1/8 was 8.30 (but that was w/ the old cam, about a year ago) Now w/ the new cam it has slowed alot and I have only run at Desoto w/ it. It only did a 14.0 in the 1/4 and 9.0 in the 1/8 there. I can't believe it slowed down so much but the old cam was roller w/ a lot more lift. What a diference!
I hope to get in the high 13's this time.
I don't know what yours runs but I'm always up for a friendly race.
See you there. Let me know if you have a Nextel.
