Mini tubbing, is just cutting the fender wells like 2" or so for a little more tire clearance.

Sure you might be able to get a 10" slick under there. But it be pretty hard to get a 335/35/17 DR tire in there good.

315/35/17 BFG and Nittos work fine on a 17x10.5 wheel on a stock wheelwell 4th gen. i have never heard of the size you just mentioned in DRs

I have the 315 Nitto's on my car, but my car is very low and it rubs over bumps. I rolled the fenders, I just wanna know if theres a way to raise the inner well above the tires.

bang them in with a hammer.

remove bumpstops. also a hammer to the inner fenderwells. but i dont recomend that.
