Iridium IX plugs

I had purchased some NGK Iridium spark plugs not too long ago and was about to put them into my car and I was wondering how much of a difference they made on turbo charged applications such as 2gen gs-t's. I have been told all kinds of things, I mean I know that they are good but I was wondering like how much better they are.

dunno what power, i had a set on the laser, then went to NGK TR55's, then to a TR6 (1 heat range colder) for running the extra boost.
