Slow cars at Track Day

Just wondering if there will be any slower cars there. I am not fast enough to give many cars a run, but if there is anyone that will be in the 15-16 sec range, it would be fun to race since I don't care to get beat like TAWS6 did to me. lol

Like Billy said, I'll be more than willing to run you at track day. It sucks when everybody is much faster, b/c then you really have nothing to run. So I'd be more than happy to have another 15 sec car out there. I have a white Subaru 2.5RS. Find Billy or I at the track day.

Thanks for the compliment. I will run my nittos, although that haven't worked that good due to the lack of weight over them. I think my best 60' is 2.23. Usually a 2.3 or 2.4

Wasn't JLsilver running nittos and hooking up pretty well? Perhaps he can throw some tips your way. BTW JLsilver if you are at the track sat hook up w/ me so we can make a pass together. Would like to race you at Bradenton.

Yeah he has nittos and they hook really well. He pulls 1.7s or 1.8s. JL may come, but I don't think he is going to run. Those Ls launch pretty damn good. I just have to find the sweet spot for launching my truck. Mabey a set of adjustable shocks and some caltracs and I will be able to get out of the hole better.

Wow, I never knew that slower cars came out to track day. I didn't plan anything for my car because of it, I mean I'd love to race, but my logic was 'who'se going to be running 15s-16s?' Too late for me this track day, but I guess I'll remember it for next track day, and I'll run ya then obrien :)

If I still have my truck then. I ran this morning and the best I could get was a 16.0 @ 87 so I said fuck it. I wasn't going to waste my day racing when the piece of shit was running almost a full second off of my previous times. And it was only 10 degrees warmer. I think I am going to sell this slow pos and get something worth while.

Don't feel bad I broke on my second pass destroying 3 rockers at the same time. I did get a 13.065 on the first pass while it was still hot out and without the car cooling down. Certainly would have gone into the 12's if I hadn't F' UP and pulled 2nd instead of 4th. The good news is that After spending the day replacing all the broke shit the car is back to normal and running great with no bent valves.

Yeah but you were cuttin' some of the best lights out there. If you put some more power in the RS + your R/T's you should do just fine.
