Ran a Viper twice tonight. 80 mph roll both times. He walked (well I should say, ran away) both times.


Oh yeah, it was turboed. Not sure if it was twin turbo or not. But it was turbo. First time, I was at his door and dropped boost on him started to move and I guess I caught him in between gears because I heard him downshift and boost spool. That was about it. It was all over from there. Second time he came up next to me for about a split second and dropped it and just ran like the cops were coming. I no sooner got into boost than I got out of it. LOL. And that was all she wrote. lol.... First time in a long time I raced (if you want to call it that) someone on track I-75 (LOL)and got my &$$ handed to me. Yeah yeah, I know I was out of my league probably to start. But I am always game for a possible loss. I would rather lose to a fast car than win against someone slower. Sounds kind of crazy but, if you never have a challenge your skills will never improve. And you will probably not mod as much as you would if you continue to lose. Also, anyone who knows anything about a L knows that 100+ is not really it's best genre.

Oh well, I tried. Anyways, I am giving a shout out to that guy in the viper! Nice kill. He had/has FAMU Rattlers license plates. *I would list them but I don't want to possibly get him into trouble.

Shit good try :D.....wish I can run into a turbo viper. See how descent or how bad I get my ass handed to :). Oh yeah, what is your times??? trap speeds????? and shit???? Info.. Turbo vipers are RARE.... :).

The first time i saw one was back in 98 in a racing spot too well known now.The biatch was very sick and couldnt stay on the road.Btw it was a rich kid from st pete and had nitrous also.

I got killed on my bike by a Viper on spray, a couple of years ago. I couldn't imagine a turbo'd snake with spray, too. :eek:

First off, he started it. LOL... no really he comes rolling by at about 100. Then slows down. Not sure of the reason but for all I know it was to taunt me. And at first all I heard was that awful sound a viper makes when at WOT. It was only later that I got to hear the boost spool. And I have enough mods that I am willing to play with anything that is not in full slicks. No track times with new tranny and other mods yet. But last time out was 13 flat 1.8 60' Little did I know that I forgot my antidote to his venom at home. And as far as the mph goes, I was hoping to catch him in between gears (which I did the first time which is why I was able to at least move about a half car on him till boost dropped on me. LOL. Never the less I got it handed to me hard core.

Couldn't tell you for sure, but I think it was Dark Green with Gold Stripes. It was getting dark and my window tint it kind of dark. Plus I really didn't have long to look at anything but taillights.. LOL
