I found this will surfing what do u guys think, i wanna get it but the price is alittle cheap, i dont wanna buy it and its crappy any suggestions

since i dont see a resoloution im going to assume its pretty low

and the viewing angles are pretty bad.. especially the up down 20 degrees..

what do i look for when buying a lcd screen.
i know a high resolution and what are viewing angles? and what are good % for viewing angles

well 20 percent veiwing angle is like crap.. it will wash out if its like 20 degrees below your eyes... resoloution is a given

ok this one has a resolution of 800x600 with a left right viewing angle of 60% and a up down viewing angle of 60% is this screen good or is it still crappy

lemme try to explain viewing angle..

If youre looking at the screen, and its right in front of your eyes that 0 degrees. If you move the screen up and down from the position of your eyes, like if you were to mount the screen low, the screen woudl start to be hard to see. Its 20 degrees up/down is dependant on how close you sit to it as well..

if i get u correct is that viewing angle is the angle in which ur viewing the screen. so if im sittin in the passenger seat and the screen is in the middle of the dash turned toword the passenger then the viewing angle would be about 0 because i would be looking directly at the screen. but if im in the back seat and the screen is turned straight pointin to the rear then that whould be a viewing angle of about 40

if you view outside the degrees of "veiwing angle" the picture becomes worse and harder to see.. ie the mroe the tv has to be straight on with you, if you angle it up if its below you to have your eyes fall inside that 20 degrees, but then it becomes harder to not have a ginat tv sticking out frmo the dash
