Seriously, I don't know about falken's, but I have had good luck with drag radials. Make sure you heat them up better than Brett

I have a fwd car and i've had better luck with falken azenis and they are half the price of BFG's

BFG's all the way what i use myself and i never have a problem with them as long as you get a "ok" burnout.

We're talking about a 240 right? How much power? If not over like 400hp then the bfg's would be good for you. However, I don't know much about the falkens.
I'll vouch for taws6 on his car getting excellent traction with bfg's, on the track and street.

yes we are talking about a 240 here... probably putting out around what 230 to wheels?? havent gotten the dyno but the same set up as my friend's and yeah those are his #'s...
well these bfg drag radials are the smaller ones i beleive... brett never told me which exact ones they are... but they are not going to be the ones he was using

ermm those are the ones he uses, he has another different set that are not as wide and tall as those

It's going to make a difference, the taller the side wall is, the more the side wall can flex and help the tire bite, if it is too low profile, it will just spin. Are they 14's? I think the 235/60's are the smallest 15's, but I might be wrong.

Ok I just looked at the link you put up. The G force tires say they are good for sport compacts (fwd), I know it may be hard, but you are going to have to think like a V-8 guy for a minute (rwd anyway) the older style drag radials are what I was talking about, and I think they would probably work better for you.

The tires I have for you to use are 225/50/15
BFG G Force drag radials. They are better than Azenis especially on a 240. Where did you get 230 rwhp from? You are gonna need to put that thing on the dyno. You are welcome to use these tires unless I sell them. BTW you should buy them. $100.00 w/ wheels how can you go wrong.

You planning on driving on these full time? I'd sell them both for a $100.00 without the rims. Rims are a bonus so you do not have to drive on them. Tell you what for you young jonason I will part with tires for $75.00. I will use the other wheels for my drags so I do not have to drive on them on a daily basis. Besides I do want to see you go faster than 15 sec on track day.
