Last night around 4 4: 45 in the morning i was driving out of the mall and i drifted ont 22 ave and this ricer pulls out next to me and catches up stays next to me until light

ligh turns green before we completely stop so we go to next light and line up the ricer was a nice lil lexus i dunno what kind

anyways they flash headlight so i revved lightly

and he flashed again

so i was like yey their sterio was blaring Aqua it was funny
but the light turns and i took of first he followed and seemed to be racing so i in turn continued to put a car and a half on him!!

then i let off at 60 and waved to the car and the car beeped back and continued on its way

by the way i did this in my 86 camaro 2.8 liters of bullshit GM goodness

being in front off the launch means alot..it plays a psychological game with you...if ur behind, u try to play catchup, which means more room for error...thats why you shouldnt try to race the person next to you, but race yourself.

prime example of the off the line scenario...in my laser, i took on a LS1 once, got about 4 cars out on the launch and held it for a little and he just let out...i would have been waxed if he had kept in it...but he didnt...

Stop arguing, your losing. You can't say that winning out of the hole means nothing. In extreme cases where the person your racing has butt loads of HP, of course it doesn't matter, but in relatively evenly matched cars, it means everything, ALWAYS.

But in the situaion we are talking about. this jackass' 2.8l camaro taking "jay's" (i dont know who that is :? ) camaro (which seems to be pretty quick from what i gather) off the line. in this case and point taking "jay" off the line doesnt seem to be a factor seeing as the 2.8l is going to get spanked anyway.

What's with all the talk about my slow car...I don't know guys, i'm thinkin my car is in the 16's. Not that i really care if it is or anything, but i'm going to have to say it must be. seriously fcamaroracer. I ran a high 14 stock and now I have a gear and I put like 3-4 car lengths on jay from 50-80ish if memory serves correct. My car definately isn't a low 13 or high 12, give me a break. He only has exhaust work fcamaroracer, so that exhaust gave him 80+ hp??????? Maybe it gave him 5. He probably has 160hp to the rear wheels.
