Rockford Power 800.4 (100x4 RMS) Running:
JL XR 6.5 Components Front
Rockford Fanatic Q 6x9 Rear
Rockford Power BD1500.1 (1500x1 RMS) Running:
1 JL 12W7
Stinger 1000AMP Battery in Rear
6 Farad PowerBank
Custom RCA's (from the GSX)
0 Gauge to Dual 4 Gauge Stinger
Dynamat on:
Front Doors
Entire Rear Area

System Rocks, I find the JL sub absolutely AMAZING in that it is extremely precise and still hammers a blistering 145DB in an EXPEDITION! The fact that one 12" sub can get so loud in such a large vehicle is a testiment to this sub

who would have thought JL and RF coming together to make a great system especially since I have hated JL in the past

I have decided that next year is going to be the year I finally do my dream system which is a SQ competition worthy sound with a 160DB lowend. This system will have little to no frills as I am done competing but will house a massive amount of equipment

if i go with 6 JL13W7 subs and 6 BD1501 amps I will be at 160 without a doubt

front stage will consist of a COMPLETE 3-Way MB Quart Q Component set in EACH door (2x6.5, 2x4, 2x1)

Frank, when you are ready to build that dream system please let me know. One of my very good friends can build you a box that will be the key to taking you past the 160db mark. I mean after all if he can take the Super Sound Blue Booger to the world record with JL he can have you pushing out 160+ in no time.

at leats it aint like in those magazines like where they take up every bit of room for there systems

urs looks nice and you still have cargo room

Looks damn nice.. I'm trying to put together a crazy nice system as well in the car... I have everything its just taking a bit to install - when you get the MB Quarts I would like to hear them - I went with focal 130Ks for mids/highs on my doors, kick panels, dash

That is pretty sweet, but why are you running an amp that is not stable at 1.5ohms? It would probably sound much better with a JL amp. I am not bashing Rockford because that is what i run in my truck. Anyways it looks pretty sweet man, BTW I am running all focal kevlar series upgraded out of Quarts and i am never looking back!!!

the w7 in that enclosure (prowedge) is a 3 ohm prewired load

No man I am building a new tubular chassis for it now and changing engines again. Maybe sometime before it gets a anique tag. Been busy building everyone elses shit.
