fucking bastards installed my sirius antenna (it came out cheaper to let them do it, then to buy it and do it myself, by 60 bucks) and didnt reseal the 3rd brake light, and neglected to mention the 1/4" space between the truck and light because of the lead wire. :mad::mad::mad:

I bought some new infinity 6*9s and let sound advice on fowler do it and the fucked up the rubber around the speaker. He tore a bunch of holes while trying to install it, and then said it was a manufacture problem.

So i called them up the next day and were like ya we'll take care of it....ya right...

They suck:mad:

go in there..and just ask for the GM..dont even talk to the installer manager..be very friendly at the counter..and jus tbe like "sir/ma'am if you dont mind i would like for you to see this before we go any further..show him/her the damage then hand them a bill of clean up..(get an estimate before hand) if the GM gives you a cant be done blah blah blah..dont even get upset just ask for his direct boss..usually its the district manager..ask for his car and his number and if you can call him right from the sotre....you should have that solved in no time

you can go to sound advice and there install are garr. for life. not your equipment. and have over 27 shops
I work in the one in boca raton. try them



He hays he works there and they cover the install for life

im not concerned with the repair, i have a very good and old friend who is the mobile manager there. just pissed it happened.
