Hey guys I have a little issue here. I have Pioneer 8400 head unit with 6 stock speakers, 2 JL 12W0's, and a pioneer Amp. My pioneer amp keeps losing power..it was on and off most of time it was on but now it has not had power for 3 days and Im not sure what to look for. The fuse is fine..connections to battery and fuse seem fine. Someone told me it might be the connection to the head unit or a ground? Im wondering if this amp is dead but its only 1 yr old. I am a novice at this and always had my car audio work done at a shop in NY where I used to live. IF anyone can help me or knows a reasonable place to go around Pinellas county plzzz let me know. Thanks in advance!

are you useing Rca cables on this amp most pioneer have alot of defalt protecters for every lil thing if useing Rca try another set thay may be grounding out some how if it is not that then make sure your radio is nice and tight and not touching the body of the car at all except the blackGround wire
check turn on current, check ground, triple check power..
is the amp goign into protection or just off?

You don't seem sure of yourself on that one. Get a multimeter and start checking your connections. +12V and Ground.
multi meter or even continuity tester cost like 6 bucks well worth it
