Hi all, I usually am hanging out in the Honda rooms but have a friend with a 96 Neon, autobox with SOHC motor experiencing some problems...figured you guys could point me in the right direction as to what the problem may be...

Car runs fine and accelerates normally up to about highway speed (60MPH or so) then keeps feeling like it's pulling back upon more accelration. My guess is some sort of MAF or O2 or TPS sensor or something, but I'm not really familiar with the SOHC Neon setup and not sure why it would only happen at highway speeds.

Any suggestions where I should start to look?

Thanks guys!

There is nothing special about the sohcs unless I dont know something.
Like acr said, you want to start with the obvious crap plugs, wires, fuel etc.
