Drifting Track in Lakeland???

I heard some rumors about this on Drifting.com supposedly they are planning on opening up a track (how badasss would that be)!!!! Juts wondering if anyone else had any info on this???

this rumor has been floating around for a while. ill belive it wehn i see it. with the red tape needed, it will prob be a long time untill its done if ever

I talked to a guy (reputable source) that's good friends with the guy who is supposed to build that track, and it's supposed to be done in February, but once again I'll believe it when I see it.

supposed to be done in Feb. eh? find out the location and I'll check it out every now and then for any activity. I've heard the rumors too, it would be sweet to see it happen. :)

Yeah , someone I talked to was supposedly opening up a new drag track and moto-x near mulberry as well, but I will believe that when I see it too lol.

if its to open in feb they should be well in the construction by now. atlaest land clearing and leveling. get a location and go see if the land is setup for a track there.

i've heard that the track is going to be closer to orlando. but this information is from someone in orlando. well its raining and hopefully tonight we can do some drifting!! its9/25/03 and i just got my s14 vlsd installed today in my s13!

My highschool had a drifting track. It was called the parking lot.

Compared to nowadays things were a lot more slack back then.

Our school had a gigantic parking lot about the size of the one next to the Greyhound track off of I-275.

We used to have days set aside for everything from drag racing to power braking.

As the donut and drift master I put on many a show. :D
