Just curious, but how many tube chassis type cars are registered to be there? We won't be able to start the car & shut it off moving it through staging lanes like street/strip cars so just wanted to know if this is going to be run like most closed track events with the combo cars in staging lanes 3/4 and street/strip cars in lanes 1/2 for making passes. Is anyone doing a basic tech of the cars? I know other private events I've been to usually have relaxed rules, but just checking so we don't have an oil leaker out there to stealthly oil the track down. :rolleyes:

We'll be looking at trying to make about 8 passes to test for the 1/4 mile and hopefully not uncover any bugs. Had one electrical bug this past Sat. at Immokalee, but it was quickly remedied, no other problems so we're confident we ought to be able to put the car in the 9.20's on the motor. No juice til we get it all tested out and we are comfortable with everything.
