No TT, just 2 Turbo Trucks.

The Black Nightmare. Innocent looking...right up until you pull up next to me at a light. That was in stock form. Chad on this board can vouch for that....

Now its currently off the road undergoing a few "upgrades" ;) Should be back on the streets possibly in a few weeks for some quick test and tune for a very short period of time, but back into hibernation until mid Dec or Jan while I do some chip burning/tuning.

The Daily. One of the most rarest colors you can get, took me 5 years of hunting to grab this thing. Its stock, and will stay that way. Can still holds its own against mustangs and camaros :D

Used to work with a guy who owned one...we used to go back and forth on who was faster back when I first bought my Syclone. I ended the debate after we lined up at the end of the parking lot late one night for a quick display of power. He didnt think my "Sonoma" was to slow afterwards and never brought up the argument again. :lol: Definately a mopar lovers truck

my truck is a 1988 toyota 2wd standard cab short bed. i stuck a 5m-ge motor in it out of an older supra. have a twin entry ct-26 turbo, 3'' downpipe, 430cc supra injectors, supra BOV, Behr 27'' by 17'' air to air IC, 2'' to 2.5'' IC piping, waste gate running a 2'' external dump, 26'' by 8'' slicks (not yet installed), welded locker, elec. fan,manual tranny motor remains internally stock for now, cuz im building 3.0 bottom end to go along with my ported head and new stand alone fuel/ign. system (megasquirt) right now im working on my oil and coolant lines for the turbo. Oh by the way.....my homedepot boost controller can be tweaked in cab......."JUST IN CASE THERES A LIL BLACK SYCLONE NEXT TO ME''

LOL... yeah, i used to use one of those home depot proportioning valves too on my external Progate when I had it on the truck. Worked well once it was in the sweet spot, then I got smart and spent the money on a real electronic boost controller....which can be tweaked in the cab also. ;)

proportioning valve? i made mine out of 1/4'' npt shyt and a spring and 1/4'' ball bearing....kinda shade tree, but itll handle around 15psi.......

but i would like to see the sy when its back on the road. always liked those things. but couldnt find one for a good price back when i was truck hunting.....

one of my sy buddies used a similar setup with the ball bearing...never could get it to hold solid boost.

sytys are easy to find... FL has the largest number of trucks in the nation...just need to know where to look and be fast about buying.

But yes, a Syclone will do low 13s in stock form if tuned correctly. Im far, far away from stock....which buys supratruck some time before I return the truck back on the street. :smirk:

I ran a 13.8......need lower gears thou or smaller tires cuz i was only in 3rd gear across the finish line. but first time out, couldnt luanch it at all,completely stock engine with little turbo slapped on it.. 13.8 not bad........oh and i was only running 7psi... with the 22'' slicks and some smaller injectors itll run low 13's on 7psi all day long

Now that I feel completely off topic... I have a turbo truck. 2001 Nissan Frontier King Cab XE. Stock 2.4L 4cyl with a custom T3/T04E Super 50 trim comp with a stage III turbine in a .63 A/R housing. I use a Spearco 2-231 liquid to air intercooler with a stand alone cooling circuit and radiator. Upgraded fuel system, free flowing 2.5" exhaust with Gibson muffler, open wastegate with separate pipe. 2.5" mandrel bent aluminum IC piping. Still a lot of upgrades to make to run full boost, but it is nice so far. I'm upgrading my MAFS today, in fact.

Big up to Keith and Adam, this is Carrie and Greg's little bro. Helped Greg pull the tranny out of the Syclone the other day; hope your's is out for beetter reasons, Adam!!

I need to get this thing finished and bring it out and take down some people on the streets. Dad's c5 vette couldnt keep up before, cant wait to see the carnage i bring upon orlando and tampa now :D

New front CV's fixed the chatter from before, then Greg snapped the tranny output shaft going into the transfer case. It actually broke clean through well inside the tranny; the sprag gear was shot, too. Everything else looked really good, though. Greg is springing for a built performance tranny, which should take the abuse well, I hope. Hope evything goes well on your end, man! Kill 'em...

S-Runners are supercharged or n/a V6 5-speeds. There are tons of them running around here.

BTW: My turbo plans are on the back burner until June :cry:

Oh well. Better than never.
