Best race I have had in a long time, and really calling it a kill is allmost wrong. Another TKO is probably more appropriate.
For those who do not know this car, it has well over 500 rwhp and weighs apx 2400 lbs. That's an amazing hp to weight ratio, and it runs like it too.
We went from a 45mph roll, each with a passenger, his counting 1-2-3....
I got out about a car on him and and it stayed pretty much that same way untill the end of 4th (140 ish) where he was then only about a half car back. Very very close run, I could hear it blow off, and it felt like the two cars were attached. AS Scott put it, the video show me by about a fender at the top of fourth, and that was it.
Unfortunetaly, something bad happend to his motor, and had to limp home. Hopefully Scott will update with it's condition.
Scott--very good run, and props on a very fast car. I look forward to a rematch, not real sure I want to go from another roll like that though!!

i figured this would be a really good race, i think the initial jump that a big displacement motor/nitrous car can get on a turbo was definitely the determining factor, both of your cars are bad ass, and good luck scott and gettin it back up and running soon

Damn Hydraulic Lifters......GRRRR another one crapped out on me. i ordered the solid replacements over 2 months ago, i guess they are coming over on the slow boat from jpn. fromthe sound in the video i think it gave out at the top of third... oh well such is life.

Scott, did you get a date as to when those lifters shipped out? do you even know when to expect them?

I hope so, and I think Scott does too. But, realistically, he has a problem with getting parts for that monster.

the problem isnt getting them from the states to here..
the problem is getting them from the japanese supplier to the usa distributor and japan takes their damn time on everything, leaving the us distributors to have to do all sorts of p.r. keeping the customers happy when parts arrive 6 monhs after their supposed date.

Wow, i must have watched that video 10-11 times in a row. It took yall about 8 secodns to accelerate from 40-140. Thanks for making that vid public, it was absolutely incredible. Next time you might try hitting 200? :lol: I don't know why that's funny, it's probably entirely possible.

That was an awesome vid. when I raced the SRT we went from 40-140 too, but it took about double the time. (actually I timed it, and it took 10 seconds longer)

... Congrats to both of you on two freaking awesome cars.
