View Full Version : Eclipse RS-T vs. GT stang/'03 cobra

On my way home last night coming over gandy I raced a modded 2000+ GT mustang. I have no clue what he had done, but from about 50-80 he got about 2.5 cars on me. right ahead about 50 yards ahead was an '03 cobra. I downshifted and went by him by about 3 cars then let off. then he got on it, and so did I ( keep in mind he is still three cars back), and he put about 1-2 bus lengths on me, and then kept going. He waved and I gave a thumbs up and then headed home.

:lol: lose to a 2000 gt ... the next best thing is to pick on one of those 03 cobras ... sounds like ya got pulled pretty hard ;)

Good deaths! :D Thanks for not being a bitch about them, too. Not too often you can find somebody who gets killed and doesn't have any whining, crying, or BS excuses. Good on ya!

Actually to tell you the truth ( I think you're looking for an excuse, but I'm not giving one) I did miss 4th, but I had already lost, and even if I did get it into 4th I would've still lost. The race was basically over by the time I shifted.

totally agree. there is way to much of that today. it is nice to have a change.:thumbup:

That was me & a friend in the 99 GT. I think I spoke with you on Saturday at Sonic. I had the white 98 GS with the turbo kit. Good run though.:)

Yeah, I would like to run him again from either 40 or 60. I'll be out at sonic again sat. if he wants to (weather permitting)
