90ish Integra, Intrepid SxT

I was going home tonite from St. Pete and as I entered onto 275, this red Integra with no markings/badges on it whatsoever paces next to me. They sit there for a sec with what looked like 2 guys in the car. Then they take off. I could hear the intake suck air into the manifold as the guy shifted down and stepped on the gas. Then I heard the buzz of one of those fart tips. I accelerated some and paced with them up to about 95 then backed off because of oncoming traffic. It didn't pull but stayed ahead since they started off first without asking or saying anything hehe. So I guess you could consider it a loss or I dunno. Just thought I'd post it, hoping one of these people on the forum was those guys. I'd like a real run without traffic and a word said or something to denote a challenge :D

The Intrepid sxt wasn't really a race. More like a complaint. I see the guy on the way to Tampa on I-4. He paces with me nods and points to go. So we did, I pulled so easy on him lol. I got up to about 100 with a few lengths on him then backed off. I looked over and he wants to go again. Then I realize he has a wife and 2 kids in the back seat. I just shake my head drop down and let him pass by. I don't mind a race or w/e on the highway without traffic. But why do people have to race with their family in the car? Just plain stupid. Ok that's my little rant. Post away!

ill take the honor of the first post ... good kill on the sxt, nice run with the early starter. Sxt's arent that slow, so u pulling like that is pretty nice. The sxt racing with the family in the car? That's about the most retarded thing ive ever heard and can't really even put into words how moronic that is.

That's all I got basically lol a 3" (way too big) CAI. Which gives me like .2 horsepower rofl. I thought the GLI was the 1.8?

i have a GL. 85 to 87 GLI's have 1.8 8v's ... 87.5 to 89 GLI's have 1.8 16v (120hp) .. 90-92 GLI's had 2.0 16v(135hp)

i keep a little sign in my car for people like that. when they nod, motion, point ahead, etc. i reach down in my map pocket and show a little sign that says "GROW UP ASSHOLE" !! you don't race with kids in the car. and you don't race in a family car. and you don't race with a soft suspension. intrepid guy is an asshole.
