Are you looking for a custom kit or a "off the shelf" kit? How much power are you looking to make?

Please call the shop

Ranger Power Sports - Ford Ranger

get the info on what you need then call the man, he won't steer you wrong.

I wonder if the 2.3 focus kit will bolt up? I know they use the heads from a ranger for their builds.

From personal experience, the Volvo B234f DOHC head requires coolant passage and oil control holes welded, drilled, and moved. Then it requires a custom intake manifold, exhaust manifold, and engine control. It's by no means inexpensive or easy.

I would boost the stock engine and have fun. They're quite durable. I prefer the older factory turbo single plug heads, but the 2.3 is still fun.
