Default 1968 Shelby Gt 500, 460HP 440CI 5 speed

This is a true 1968 Shelby Gt 500.

This car came into the shop middle of last week. It has a hydravac brake system that doesn't seam produce a firm pedal. That and a couple of other small problems keep this car from being just amazing. Enjoy the pics.

Please explain! I would like to know the diff between this and a true one.

The car looks amazing! I would prob pay to drive that thing around the block just so i can feel what its like. One of my all time favorite cars. It's obviously a restore, but the ? is....is it a true GT500 or a fastback converted? either way, beautiful car!

Its considered a ground up resto mod, but it is a 100% true 1968 Shelby Gt 500, documented in Shelby's registry!
