i have a 95 3.4 firebird. are than any upgrades worth getting to give me more horsepower and tourque.

the best upgrade is selling your car and buying one with 8 cylinders.

Exhaust and cold air intake would free up some horse power but, The money you put in to it you could save and do a v-8 swap or find yourself a better project.
