Judging rules:

We do everything that we can to be fair and non-biased when we judge a car or truck. We look for creativity and always try to ask the owner questions and get them involved. Also we don't touch vehicles and will not open doors or hoods.

If the hood is not open then we don't judge the engine compartment, same with the truck and interior. If you leave at least 1 door open then we can look in and judge the interior.

We judge the vehicles on a 500 point system:
1. Paint/fit & finish Max Points = 100
2. Interior & trunk Max Points = 100
3. Motor Compartment Max Points = 100
4. Wheels & Tires Max Points = 100
5. Overall stance of vehicle = 100

You can put mirrors under the car to show the undercarriage for bonus points, if you have a display that & signage can ad bonus points. Many times the bonus points become a tie breaker. Also if you drive your car to an event please don't kill yourself getting the bugs off of your car, we WILL NOT TAKE POINTS OFF if you run through a mud puddle, or encounter a critter on the road we understand and want you to have fun. And we will give everyone time to do a quick wipe down of there vehicle before the judging starts.

We also love to hear stories of your car; every vehicle is special and has a story behind it. We also like to share this information on the Web site with your approval.

All decisions are final; also the judges cannot be bribed. ß---- well lol
